This was our first time ever visiting a dealership in looks of our New car. Already prepared to face a pushy sale person I was surprised when I met with Chase that this was not the case at all. After having Chase answer over a dozen questions we had we went to another dealer where we met our worst nightmare. Quickly we came back to Chase and he guided us through our purchase and did EVERYTHING possible for us to go home 100%+++ happy. We also met with Benny Leung - Principal of Toronto Hyundai, who told us the importance of customer service his team worked for, I commented to Chase that it felt like I was being advised by a father.
