Our first visit was to the huyndai dealership on dufferin st in Toronto. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were impressed. The whole staff from reception to floor dealers were friendly and professional. There was no pressure - we looked at the model that we were interested in (elantra) and were introduced to Arnold Cabalza which looking back on our experience was like winning a lotto. He was exceptional. In fact we bought the car and never did visit the other dealerships on our list. He was extraordinary, friendly, patient, and knowledgable. We would recommend Mr Cabalza to friends and family and definitely will return to him for any information or service needed. We were so comfortable with his honesty, and the time he took with us to explain all features of the car. After deciding to purchase the car we were referred to Mr Michael Smith the financial manager. Again with the extended warranty we were very wary, but Mr. Smith sold us on the need for the warranty and the service provided over the years. This team of professionals at Toronto Huyandai (Mr Cabalza and Mrs Smith) were unique in their friendliness and skilled professional manner. Arnold is a most wonderful man that greets a person not as a client but as a friend. I would highly recommend this delearship and especially Arnold if you are considering buying a car- you will not be disappointed. Joseph was always on time with his communication and follow-ups. He was very helpful when it came to negotiating the price. Best of all the entire purchase was pressure free. He advised me what are the options that are available to me but never pressured me to take any options that I did not want to take. The first time I was taking care of by a lady. She was only concerned about selling me stuff I didn't need and texting on her cell phone. I swore I would never return! When I returned the second time I asked to speak to the service manager I believe his name was Brad. After dealing with Brad I felt he was the saving grace of this dealership. He was knowledgeable and professional. So I returned the third time because he left a lasting impression on me. Unfortunately the third time I got the assistant service manager. I was quite surprised that brad was no longer there. The assistant service manager is very rude obnoxious and belittling. I've recieved better customer service at the local dollar store. Let me give you a rundown of what you will experience. You will walk into this fishbowl. You will be ignored. After you're treated rudely you will be told to sit down as you will listen to the parts department cus at their technicians. And you will see the owner run around clueless like a lost puppy yelling at everyone. When it's all said and done you will receive your vehicle back just like you dropped it off. unfixed and you may be lucky and find yourself with the dirty seat and floor mats. I am truly amazed on how these people own a dealership. Once again please be aware of five stars. More

I had originally made up my mind to go to a closer dealer but boy was I glad I listened to my mom and went to go see Luis at Toronto Hyundai. I went in their thinking about buying a car but wanted to shop around. With Luis service and professionalism and knowledge of cars, I had been sold the moment I went in. Luis kept in contact daily with me, even when he wasn't at work and on his own personal time. He would be at the office late and still keep me posted on my car and the status of everything going on. He broke down all the pricing features and options I had with the car I chose, and as my second car from him, first on my own, I was very pleased with him and would recommend him highly to all my friends. He found my car within days of applying for it and it was ready for pick up within the week. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. I thank him for making it possible to get the car that I wanted in the colour of my choice within a short time. He made my experience an easy and relaxing one.
