Domenic was very comfortable to chat with and the best part, if you text him, he texts right back(cause he has texting on his wrist now) lol and usually has a solution. Domenic surprised me with a solution that he created himself to see the matter resolve, that was impressive!!!! He also has his desk organized, that is very important To Finalize the deal I spoke to a Chris E, he took the time to listen to Domenic as Domenic brought him up to speed and showed all neccessary documents, Chris took the time and chatted off topic and business in such a comfortable way Both himself and Chris made me a happy camper..... :-) I would recommend these to gentlemen hands down and will to anyone that needs that extra hand. We went in and Allan East introduced himself and offered his service to us. We found him knowledgeable, energetic, and humorous- he helped us with choosing our vehicle( with a little help from Chris-very friendly and courteous). Allan took the time and went over every detail with us and did help us make the right choice! We had 2 minor problems that were fixed almost immediately by Allan and his associates free of charge. The service that we received was excellent-they also return phone calls in a timely manner!! We highly recommend Allan East sales -he was a breath of fresh air, honest, direct and knowledgeable-you won't be disappointed! Our experience with The Loan Arranger Wow...and Wow...where do I start. Tony achieved something that we believed was not possible for many years to come. To describe my husband credit r Wow...and Wow...where do I start. Tony achieved something that we believed was not possible for many years to come. To describe my husband credit rating would be ...is there a word that is worse than bad...cause that would be it. How I found The Loan Arranger was by blind luck...I was looking at used cars in kijiji...clicked on something (don't remember what) but up came the web page of The Loan Arranger in Barrie Ontario. Honestly when I read it I thought ...yeah right...sure you can...but something told me to fill the loan application part out. As I found out later...I kind of did it all backwards...because they do have cars listed that you are to pick and then see if you can get it approved. The funniest thing is, Tony worked with us that way. Not once did Tony make us feel that we were asking for something that was not possible. He was so friendly and so helpful...we felt like we had known him for years. Well to make a story short...my husband drove off the lot yesterday with his new car, 2013 Mazda 6. To all the staff and especially Tony...thank you so much for all your help...not only did you achieve something that we thought was impossible but you also made our future hopes to buy a home come a lot closer.
