My experience at the Loan Arranger was great! The process of buying a car can be stressful. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. They were honest and delivered on everything they said they of buying a car can be stressful. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. They were honest and delivered on everything they said they would. When I came to pick up my car, it was sparkling clean :). When a light appeared on my dash warning about the tire pressure (which was ok), they explained that it was a sensor that needed to be replaced in my car model when it reaches a certain number of KMs. I researched it and everything online supported this. I took the car to their recommended mechanic and The Loan Arranger picked up the bill for me. They've mailed me a note thanking me for my business and also a promotion offering money off for any friend or family member I refer to them. I LOVE my car, haven't had any issues with it and I would definitely direct any of my friends and family to the Loan Arranger. I was very surprised to read negative reviews. My experience was positive, through and through. Don't be afraid! Check them out for yourself. More

This dealership has mastered of the art of scamming people in other words loan fraud. I bought my 2011 Mazda 3 sport, advertised used with only 19000 k and found out 1 year later that it was in an acci people in other words loan fraud. I bought my 2011 Mazda 3 sport, advertised used with only 19000 k and found out 1 year later that it was in an accident depreciating the value of my car by almost %50. Also, the resale value of the car should have been around $13500 but was at $18900. They did not once tell me it was in an accident therefore the did not disclose the vehicle history information which is illegal. I tried confronting them about this and they were so rude and also insulted me. Now i'm letting the law which was made for Canadian consumers not dirty dealers, to take it into their hands. I and well as OMVIC are in the process of trying to negotiate with them to take my car back and refund my money. Furthermore, I drove this car for not even a year and have already had to replace the tires, brakes and had just noticed THE FRONT BUMPER including the paint DO NOT EVEN MATCH OR FIT!!! This dealership takes advantage of people who are looking for a seacond chance they sell you cars that have so many things wrong with them it isnt even funny when you call them to talk about your issues they for a seacond chance they sell you cars that have so many things wrong with them it isnt even funny when you call them to talk about your issues they give you the run around and dont help you at all and are very rude . I have gotten 2 cars from they and both of them had the same problems and the last one had even more . If I where you I would move on to a different company and not go threw them I dont want nay one to have to go threw what I went threw with this company if you google them you will see that I am not the only one that has had problems with them . If any one that is reading this has had problems or you may know someone who has please feel free to email me your story .
