lack of service and helping you understand purchase I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have had multiple issues and to date have not had them resolved. My most recent conversati I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have had multiple issues and to date have not had them resolved. My most recent conversation I felt that they were not willing to listen to my concerns nor were they interested in fixing the issues, or even discussing them with me, all which were minor in nature, and they could not get me off the phone fast enough. I asked them to escalate my issues and they would not. I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from this dealership in the past and would advise anyone to be very careful with dealing with them in the future. I don't have anything bad to say about the Sales Person as he has been helpful, but the issues I have had, have dealt with the car not being cleaned properly when I picked it up so it had to be taken back. The wind shield washer bottle leaking. I have taken it in twice and not next week a third time to get this corrected. The Passenger Side Airbag Light not functioning properly. More
