Top of The Line In 2013 I bought my first Ram. The truck was absolutely amazing. It was the 6 cylinder SLT Quad Cab model. The end of the warranty had just come aro In 2013 I bought my first Ram. The truck was absolutely amazing. It was the 6 cylinder SLT Quad Cab model. The end of the warranty had just come around so I decided to look at trading my truck for another new truck. Team Chrysler was recommended to me by a friend and in particular Derrick Thompson was the recommended salesperson to see. I went in on a Monday afternoon. I introduced myself to Derrick. I was met with a big smile and a genuine greeting. We hit it off immediately. Derrick was knowledgeable and attentive. I mentioned what I was looking for and that I had seen a truck on line that I was interested in. I told him what I was wanting and he worked with that. He showed me the vehicle and presented some numbers. He also showed me another truck and gave me some numbers. He said go home and look at it and then come back to talk. I returned on the Saturday and got down to business. I presented to him my choice and the things that I needed on the new truck. When it was time for Derrick to go to work for me, he was able to work out a deal that gave me what I wanted and stayed within the number I wanted. He arranged to switch over some of the accessories that were on the truck I was trading in and have them put on the new truck. On delivery day he offered me his company vehicle to use while I waited for the items to be finished on my purchase. Another example of thinking about the little things that needed to be done. I enjoyed the experience and told Derrick that I would not hesitate in recommending him to my friends in the future. I love the truck. That was not in question. The "value added" to my experience with Derrick at the helm was worth everything. My new truck in a brand new 2017 Ram 1500 SLT Crew Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. I love it. More
