Ok Experience. I think I did not get a fair price on my trade in, and I was supposed to get an add on for free. What I think they did was increase the selling price of the vehicle to compensate for the add trade in, and I was supposed to get an add on for free. I'm happy with my new (new to me) vehicle but they way they go about their financing needs improvement. Don't just come back and say "here's your monthly payment, do you like it?" you need to show the buyer how you came to this amount and why it is what it is. However Shan worked hard and is still working hard for me so he get's my applause. Thanks More
