Our current purchase experience involved a trade-in; we ran into a "glitch" at this end of the transaction but Joe & Rich were very professional and friendly while we ironed out the details and we came to an agreement which satisfied all! We would also like to mention Rob who explained extended warranties, coverages, reviewed bill of sale, etc.; he also offered exemplary customer service with his knowledge and professional friendly manner.
