Well organized buying experience. I made my first major purchase of a used vehicle at Team and it was a much simpler and straight forward process. Both of the people I dealt with were straight forward, and outlined everything very well. They were friendly and knowledgeable and overall I had a great experience going through the buying process. I've had a small issue with one of my break lights a few days after receiving my vehicle but Judy kindly offered to fix it for me after sending her a text and telling her what happened. Jenni I was very happy with the type of sales I encountered in Jennifer at TEAM Chrysler: friendly, persuasive, and informative without the hard sell. Jennifer knew what she was talking about and could list all the reasons why we should go with the vehicle we purchased, but she never pushed too hard and was genuinely interested in getting us a vehicle and finance package that was in our best interest. She was available for questions 24/7 while we were making our decision, and is still available should we have further questions now that we're driving the vehicle. It was an altogether pleasant experience, and included interesting conversation unrelated to cars! Thanks, Jennifer. You've upgraded our life just at the right time! More
