Very Friendly and Helpful Service I came by Team Chrysler for a look at a new 2016 Grand Caravan, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to purchase a Dodge, Peter came to me right away and t I came by Team Chrysler for a look at a new 2016 Grand Caravan, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to purchase a Dodge, Peter came to me right away and took the time to show me all of the different models and packages I could choose from, he was concerned that we be 110% satisfied with our car. He was highly knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me about every aspect of the car, as I had some very picky choices of what I had to have in my car and also a tight budget( He is an expert on the Dodge Ram if anyone is interested in buying one). At first i was displeased with the numbers, but Peter worked out an amazing deal with his manager Mike and I was ready to purchase. Peter is a very nice guy and he was there with me every step of the way keeping me fully informed. I then dealt with a financial manager Moe who was also a pleasure to work with. I talked to Mike about a small issue i had, and he is fully into resolving the issue and even brought it up to the attention of the general manager. Everything went smoothly and I got a great deal on a Grand Caravan SXT Premium Plus with some excellent bonuses. More
