Jeep Grand Cherokee 2016 - Nelson Nelson was knowledgeable and patient, spending a great deal of time going over all the features of the vehicle I was about to purchase. With the rest Nelson was knowledgeable and patient, spending a great deal of time going over all the features of the vehicle I was about to purchase. With the rest of my family in tow during our visit, Nelson was kind and attentive. I have been back once for a minor item and was treated well by Shane - issues were fixed. I'm about an hour away from the dealership and while we waited for my vehicle to be serviced, Nelson checked in to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was progressing with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Nelson for those looking to purchase a new car. And in fact everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was helpful and friendly. I have a couple of additional things that need fixing so will hold off on service review until I fully experience the service side of the dealership. More
