New Jeep Cherokee Purchase The Jeep Cherokee I purchased from Team Chrysler is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from the dealership. I previously owned a Dodge Nitro and have b The Jeep Cherokee I purchased from Team Chrysler is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from the dealership. I previously owned a Dodge Nitro and have been a customer since 2007. I decided to investigate buying a Jeep Cherokee between Christmas and New Years. I had met Riaz briefly a few weeks before and this time asked to try a test drive. Riaz was very busy working with other customers, so he arranged for me to take the vehicle by myself. This was the best thing he could have done. I took the vehicle on a route of my own choosing, spent half an hour parked figuring out the controls/electronics and even stopped home to pick up my wife and have her experience the vehicle. By the end of the test drive, I wanted to buy a Jeep Cherokee. Riaz offered me a good price for the trim level (in line with what my research suggested I could negotiate down to) and was straight with me about the value of my trade in - I ended up selling the Nitro privately. There was a lot of waiting involved in the sales process and in picking up the vehicle. I put that down to a busy short week for the dealership due to year end specials, Chrysler rebates and the 0% financing. Riaz personally installed winter mats and the license plates and introduced me to the service manager - who I have already been in touch with to correct some missing navigation data. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and the dealership and look forward to them servicing my vehicle. More
