Saved my DAY! My check engine light came on in the middle of the 401 during the beginning of rush hour traffic. I am 2 hours from home (3 including traffic) and ha My check engine light came on in the middle of the 401 during the beginning of rush hour traffic. I am 2 hours from home (3 including traffic) and have no one I know in the area. I pull off on the first exit I can and THANKFULLY there happened to be a Jeep dealership. I pull in and ask the Service Advisor James Vincente if he could check to see why the engine light was coming on. After no code came up he felt as though it wasn't running right even in neutral. After taking it for a short trip he was able to quickly determine the problem. I was in and out of there in less then 40 mins! I have never received quicker service and honesty! James literally saved my day and I appreciate his honest and thorough explanation. I felt comfortable and safe continuing on my way. He even took me for a quick test drive after to make sure everything was running right. All the shaking went away and my drive was finally smooth. I finally made it home and couldn't be happier! He had a vehicle on the lot that was close to what we wanted, but not close enough. He was really trying to convince us that it WAS what we wanted. But it wasn't. We had two previous Caravans and knew exactly what we wanted. Wasif, on the other hand quietly listened and waited until he fully understand what WE wanted, avoided the standard sales pitch (otherwise known as xx) and sensed when it was time to get down to business, locate the vehicle and finalize the sale. All of this handled in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. In my opinion this is what a real salesman is all about! More
