I wanted to get a Dodge Caravan and decided to pay a visit to Team Chrysler at 777 Bancroft. I was referred to Nelson Tang and I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. Nelson was very informative and took his time going through all of my options, both new and used. He was not pushy, simply understood my needs and provided various options on the different vehicles he had to offer. I ended up purchasing a very slightly used, 2016 Dodge Caravan and my family and I couldn't have been happier. The price point was well within our range and I didn't expect to leave with a van that had all the bells and whistles. The transaction was seamless and I was driving away with my Dodge Caravan the following afternoon. Even though the transaction was complete, Nelson advised me to book off at least 45 minutes to an hour so he can go through all the functions of the vehicle and answer any questions I had. The time was well worth it and again, Nelson was not rushing me and took great care and time to explain the functionality of the vehicle. The transaction was already complete and Nelson had no reason to book extra time to review the operation of the vehicle. Based on my experience with Nelson, this is his most likely his standard level of service which he displayed in high quality during the transaction. I expect this vehicle to last me a long time but the next time I require a vehicle, I'm calling Nelson. Thanks again Nelson. She was very kind, approachable, knowledgeable (and when she did not know the answer, she immediately asked someone who would know), and generous with her time. Our purchase was one where we needed the vehicle quickly, and she ensured that we got it on time. The management worked to assist us as well. There was one issue with some work not being completed, that we were told was completed Thankfully, the mistake was caught. However, the person who called us about the mistake was not helpful or knowledgeable, so I texted Judy and she looked into the matter and clarified everything and even offered to (and did) come and get our vehicle to get the work done. A car can be purchased at many locations. Good service is hard to come by these days. I can't recommend Judy highly enough. More

In the past, my folks have use other dealers who have accepted a return within 30 days if you buy another vehicle. Team charged them $4000.00 to return the van even though they bought another vehicle fro them. I will no buy anything from this dealer, BEWARE ! More
