The salesman at the first dealership my wife and I went to couldn't seem to stop 'selling' and get on with the process. He had a vehicle on the lot that was close to what we wanted, but not close enough. He was really trying to convince us that it WAS what we wanted. But it wasn't. We had two previous Caravans and knew exactly what we wanted. Wasif, on the other hand quietly listened and waited until he fully understand what WE wanted, avoided the standard sales pitch (otherwise known as xx) and sensed when it was time to get down to business, locate the vehicle and finalize the sale. All of this handled in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. In my opinion this is what a real salesman is all about! More
