I dealt with the service advisor Tyler, he is courteous, friendly and actually had a honest concern for my car. I have been there a couple of times for minor work and the rest of the staff seems to be just as courteous and friendly. From what I saw this time I will continue to bring my business to them. I brought my car in for their peace of mind service and for a couple of front end noises I was hearing, because I was going to take a driving trip with my car. They repaired my front end control arms and bushing which removed the thumping noise I was hearing. However as I drove away there was still the second noise, I turned around and brought the car back and I was able to take the technician Brandon for a drive and replicate the sound for him he was excellent and determined. Between Brandon and Tyler they kept my car for another day and persisted to find out what the rattle was and make sure the car was safe to drive. They tried and tested many ideas and they discovered what the rattle was and fixed it, giving me a big sense of relief. I have had different Chrysler cars for the last 20 years and never received this level of satisfaction, definitely worth dealing with the dealership. More

Nelson Tang was our salesperson, and he was very professional throughout the entire p My wife and I brought a used 2016 Honda HRV from Team Chrysler. Nelson Tang was our salesperson, and he was very professional throughout the entire process. The interior of the car was very messy/dirty when we first saw it. The dealer apparently posted the car for sale on the internet of the Friday and we looked at it on the following Monday. Nelson apologized for the condition of the car. In the end, this helped with our negotiation and we got a great price on the car. The dealership spend alot of time and effort on detailing and cleaning up the car afterwards. On pick-up the condition/cleanliness of the car was much improved. Our experience with Team Chrysler was excellent, and we would be repeat customers in the future if we ever needed a Chrysler product or another used car. More

Bittersweet I was so excited, I had my vehicle picked out and I had a price in mind that I was hoping for. When I emailed in Les was the first to respond to my e I was so excited, I had my vehicle picked out and I had a price in mind that I was hoping for. When I emailed in Les was the first to respond to my email, without hesitation he let me know that he was looking in to my situation and was going to find me the best deal that I could get for the money I was looking for. What I did not tell Les was that I had emailed multiple car companies looking for very similar items in the vehicle and around the same cost. The majority of those car dealerships they got back to me and either told me that what I was looking for was unobtainable or that I would need to downgrade if I wanted to get anything from them, with one of them actually being downright insulting. I was pretty down after hearing all that bad news on every email I received beginning with "unfortunately" but not Les, he phoned me with options and very good options that were so close to what I needed for a vehicle at a price point. Unfortunately my financing fell through and so I was forced to back out of our dealings but it doesn't change the fact that Les was extremely helpful and I highly recommend him as someone that will work with you and will get you the be OK you want for the price right!
