I am so distraught! I was called to pick up my new car and it wasn't even mine! I kept saying I didn't think I ordered certain features when I was shown it but I was ass I was called to pick up my new car and it wasn't even mine! I kept saying I didn't think I ordered certain features when I was shown it but I was assured it was mine. A few hours later, I was called and informed that the car I just bought, the car I signed for wasn't even mine. That call came from Dave, he seemed apologetic and understanding. I unfortunately had the opportunity to meet with Chris Rose the next day when returning the car. There was no compassion or empathy for their huge mistake. I signed for a car that wasn't mine, for an interest rate and term agreement that was someone else's! I got insurance for 'my' new car, got rid of my old one so really don't have a car now, and this was a huge waste of my time and a let down. All Chris could say was 'oh well, human error.' Because of Chris, I am contemplating cancelling my car order. I left his office in tears and he didn't even care. More
