From the moment we walked in we were helped and well looked after. A staff that’s clearly run by great management. Not once did we feel intimidated or pushed into something that wasn’t right or meant fo looked after. A staff that’s clearly run by great management. The quality time spent to make sure my family and I got exactly what we needed was a pretty awesome feeling. Rene in particular really brought our experience to a whole other level in a personal way, making sure and encouraging us that this purchase was something to be happy about and that we would have a safe vehicle for many years to come. This location really felt welcoming, and had a great attitude all around. Though it was a tough week for us and a big decision to make, it was definitely the right one and I’m glad we did it here at Nissan. Thanks Rene/Nissan team for the gift bag of treats, and also thank you Dave White, my kids enjoyed the free hot wheels cars. Awesome touch from the Nissan team. More

I lease a truck from St. Catharines Nissan and recently completed my lease buy-out. I left everything until the last minute to try and resolve. Fortunately, Kalei at St. Ca Catharines Nissan and recently completed my lease buy-out. I left everything until the last minute to try and resolve. Fortunately, Kalei at St. Catharines Nissan was on the other end of my request. She was so kind, supportive, and helpful and ensured that everything went OK and on time. More than just the transaction, she understood what needed to happen and why and guided me step by step to get it done very quickly and with zero notice to her that my "emergency" was coming. She helped make the entire experience easier and went above any beyond in my opinion to provide wonderful customer service on behalf of her dealership and the Nissan brand. More

I've made two mistakes in my life, first being a Cleveland Browns fan and the second is not coming to St. Catharines Nissan earlier to buy a vehicle from Chris Van Wiechen. I was living my life all Cleveland Browns fan and the second is not coming to St. Catharines Nissan earlier to buy a vehicle from Chris Van Wiechen. I was living my life all wrong by driving a Honda Civic thinking I've conquered life by saving on gas, I could not be more wrong. Ever since I've driven my new 2022 Nissan Sentra, the water I drink feels fresher, the food I eat taste better, the sleep I get is deeper and grass seems greener. I've known Chris for a couple years now and I thought he was a just another handsome face who is pretty decent at soccer, NOPE he is more then that. Most genuine guy you could ever meet, I felt like he was in my corner fighting for my right to get a new car with all the right features every second. In this day and age, finding a car is hard, finding a car that suits your life style is impossible, but somehow Chris pulled off the Hail Mary and found the perfect car for me when other dealerships said no. This vehicle is so good on gas, so fun to drive, so easy to get hooked. If this review hasn't made you want to buy a car from CHRIS VAN WIECHEN (who is more gorgeous in person and I am assuming built like a brick house) then maybe driving isn't for you and knowing Chris, I bet he could find the perfect bike for you. Thank you Chris Van Wiechen and thank you St. Catharines Nissan for the experience of a lifetime, I will no doubt be coming back and throwing anyone I know looking for a vehicle your way. More
