I left because felt like I was an inconvenience. Also need a wiper arm for my truck they didn’t have one. Said they could get one next day. I left and going to get the work done within an hour at a competitors dealership. They will be my go to in the future. More

I have been dealing with Southbank for almost 10 years now and my experience with RJ this past Tuesday, November 30th was one of the most positive that I have had in that time. We have purchased both our vehicles at South Bank and the service was excellent. The sales manager Troy Charlebois has went above and beyond to make sure ever little detail was taken care of, not only at th service was excellent.
