The Service team at Southbank Dodge/ Jeep are the greatest. I have never been to a car dealership who prides themselves in quality and effective service the way they do here. They are there to take care of your car and they do it with pride. It shows in their customer relations, as they do everything they possibly can to save your hard earned money. I came in for a small problem they fixed without cost (covered under warranty on my Jeep Wrangler) and Madelelaine suggested me to get a full inspection before the warranty ended soon. Guy and his qualified technicians found 2 other problems and gladly took care of them too. This isnt the first time they have worked wonders for me! Trust me, you are rarely greeted and served hassel free like this in ANY other dealership I have been to. RJ is so helpfull and gives you real solutions. Dont search anywhere else, these guys are the real deal. And No, I do not work or am I affiliated with them. More

I brought my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in on October 21. RJ booked me in and got me a loaner/rental van because I use my own van for work. It needed a clockspring for the airbag, switching my all-season tires with my winter tires, and checking the accuracy of my fuel gauge. I was dealing with Dan O'Neil - one of the reasons I continue to use Southbank...that and the extended hours and loaner/rental vehicles. I have to have a rental van because I use my van for work. The issue I have with Southbank is that it takes so long for my service work to get done...this time, van wasn't ready until November 28...FIVE weeks! Had I used a regular rental vehicle instead of yours, it would have cost me around $4000.00!! I realize that many of your staff have been dealing with Covid and that some of your technicians were on holidays, but lengthy delays in servicing my vehicle have been an ongoing problem at Southbank long before the pandemic broke out, but for some reason Southbank seems unable to address the problem. I had to bring the van back tonight because the "check engine" light is still on from my last visit and the engine is running rough with a distinct smell of burning oil. I wasn't able to get a loaner because you're all out, so I've had to fork out $942.00 for a week's rental from Avis at the airport...that's a lot of money again. The only saving grace is that I can claim these expenses as business expenses on my tax returns. If you go through my file, you'll see that I've spent LOT of money at Southbank over the years. People like Dan, Tyler, RJ and Madeline treat me well and Ican see that they'revery hard workers, and often run off their feet...but something has to be done to stop the lengthy delays servicing my van. It would be very easy for a Southbank rep to say that they'll do this, that and the other thing to fix the problem, but the only thing that will work is corrective action on the part of Southbank's management team. The ball is in Southbank's court...it's up to you guys now. More
