Went in for some mileage flushes, alignment and tire swap. Faith, who had her first day of work that day, got me all checked in and kept up with notifications through the day on the status. I have been taking my 2002 GMS Denali here for service since day one. I have always been treated well and although my vehicle is getting harder to work on the staff continues to do there very best to keep since day one. Right now, I am not happy because I live in the north and cannot just bring my truck when I have issues. I was very specific when I dropped the truck off that I needed this fixed because I drive there on and cannot just bring my truck when I have issues. I was very specific when I dropped the truck off that I needed this fixed because I drive there once a year. I told the service I need this fixed while I was in Edmonton. When I got my truck back the issue I have with my truck was not fixed. Service was great but NO ONE called to make sure they even were fixing the problem. They said I needed"new" rubber but that is not causing issues at all. The person who checked me couldn't even tell it was fixed, she just read what I can read myself on the report. It was more like she just wanted to get rid of me. More
