I purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 off these guys. To say the least it was a refreshing experience after some of the other places we dealt with. My wife and I found it a very friendly dealership and we didn't fe least it was a refreshing experience after some of the other places we dealt with. My wife and I found it a very friendly dealership and we didn't feel pressured. We found the truck on autotrader and after sending in an email we were contacted that day. When we went in to check it out the truck was clean and looked great. We have had no problems with the dealership or the truck so far. It was busy when we were there and we did have to wait around a little while after we agreed to the price, but it wasn't too long before they got us in to do the paperwork. To avoid this just go early if you plan to buy on a Saturday, they get busy. Too bad they're not a Ford dealership or I would go back there for service. More

Product is excellent, this dealer is not. We had a lot of issues starting with having to sit around for hours and when we picked up the vehicle we literally had to sit around for 1 1/2 hours even though t of issues starting with having to sit around for hours and when we picked up the vehicle we literally had to sit around for 1 1/2 hours even though they knew we were picking this vehicle up because no one seemed to be available - or care. The vehicle was not cleaned when we picked it up, the gas tank was almost empty and the promo gas card was not available at this time. We did a deal where they would provide rims for our snow tires and it has been 6 weeks now and we are still waiting for said rims. They now have our snow tires which are almost new so we are hoping the snow tires will not be lost. We have driven to the dealer from Edmonton now 5 times trying to get the rim situation resolved - last time they called and said come and get them and as part of our complaint issues they would mount them for free. We dropped them off almost two weeks ago now, went to pick them up when they told us to - no rims in so nothing done. No one phoned us to tell us and still we are waiting and waiting. What we find most objectionable is the total lack of customer service. It is like they do not care at all, so be prepared that when you sign on the dotted line and commit to your purchase all customer service from then on may just cease to exist - it certainly did for us and it is a lot of money to pay for bad service. We have phoned, we have emailed, we have called in, we have contacted GMC at the 1-888 number but no one from this dealer gets back to us. Shocking, shocking, shocking customer service. The product is great, so my tip would be to find another dealer who does not have commitment issues. More
