Excellent ZL1 Purchase with Corvette Batt I wanted to write this review based on my experience with Sherwood Buick GMC and my salesmen Corvette Batt. I responded to an online ad on Autotrader. I wanted to write this review based on my experience with Sherwood Buick GMC and my salesmen Corvette Batt. I responded to an online ad on Autotrader.ca and was almost immediately replied too by Corvette. I had some questions regarding a 2015 Chevrolet ZL1 Convertible and I was planning to trade my BMW in. He was able help me out and answered all my questions very quickly. We started texting back and forth and discussed numbers. We were able to get some help getting the deal done from Brad Stewart. Robyn Reinitz from the finance department was excellent and got back to me very quickly I purchased this car sight unseen based on their word and the feeling I as getting from these guys.I live in Calgary and this car was in Sherwood Park. I have no regrets what so ever. Car is mint and there were no surprises at all. I had some questions about some add ons and I was contacted by their parts guy Derek Donnelly who answered all of my questions and gave his advice on what to purchase. When I picked up my car everything was installed and again there were no surprises. Corvette was excellent to deal with the entire time and all of the staff I dealt with were excellent and the experience was exactly how you want to feel buying a new vehicle. My past 5 vehicles have all been with BMW and Lexus and I have come to expect superior service when purchasing and maintaining a car. These guys get five stars from me and I would recommend them to anyone! But You will have to go see Corvette at Sherwood Park Chevrolet now! Overall excellent experience and an excellent car! More

He invited me to come and give the car a test drive. When arriving at the dealership Corvette had the car out and ready go. Rude management June 2017 bought a new fully loaded Yukon xl slt. Been nothing but strife! After we drove of the lot we get a rude txt msg from Phil the next day that June 2017 bought a new fully loaded Yukon xl slt. Been nothing but strife! After we drove of the lot we get a rude txt msg from Phil the next day that we didn't leave the right rims on our trade in Yukon. This was not apart of the trade in deal and was spoken about to two different salesman. He threatened to not reimburse our $500 holding deposit before the vehicle was purchased over rims and tires after purchasing $80,000 vehicle! Also we were told a certain price for our trade in and once the paper work came it was suddenly dropped over $3000 without being spoken about. I do not recommend given this dealer business, it's been one thing after another. Our salesman was kind and professional and did what he could to get what we wanted but everything afterwards has not been pleasant. Update: since writing this review this company has gone and done the complete opposite to fixing the problems we've had with certain employees. The lack of costumer service floors me, I've never been treated with such disregard anywhere like here. Instead of reaching out and apologizing we have only received a couple messages that are basically sorry not sorry " them doing what they think is best/right" poor childish excuse for the way we have been spoken to in my opinion. Also is it that hard to pick up the phone? I find dealings through txt messages only a bit lazy when trying to fix an issue. Also It seems this dealership has gone out of the way to hold up banking paper work resulting in a lapse of making another car payment on the SUV we traded off. I understand that it takes time for things to go through however I've never purchased a vehicle and it take over two weeks to have the paper work processed. The deductible was finally given back but $500 was taken of the final loan payout for our trade in, so they ended up keeping that anyways. More

As I drove up, Simon greeted me, and I told him about our situation, he asked alot of questions about needs so he could come up with some good options. We sat down and talked through details I didn't even consider. Then we came up with a solution. Our vehicle wasn't going to be ready as it had to be factory ordered, they offered to sell us a short term vehicle and then buy it back!! in the end we ended up buying a vehicle for our company and a vehicle for our family. Simon was amazing, no stress, relaxed and a great person to deal with. And the financing department were not pushy, just explained all the options we could get. Overall a wonderful experience!! More
