When I had concerns about my CE winter tires fitting onto the LE, you guys made it possible to show me that it was not an issue. I know this is minor thing for you, but for me the cost of new winter tires/rims was an additional expense I did not want to incur. The deal on the LE that was offered to me was better than I expected. As I had mentioned, I had done some comparison online of my 2013 CE (which has the convenience pack) and the 2016 CE and thought my old CE had much more to offer than the new one. But I decided to hear you out. I am happy that I did. I know I made it a little harder for you to sell me on the LE, but seeing that this may be my last new purchase I had to be absolutely certain that I made the right choice. I now had a chance to drive the car to Peterborough and am very happy with my decision. Lito, I have no hesitation to refer family and friends to Toyota and especially to you. LOVE MY TOYOTA Hello. l'm retired, haven't been driving for a few years and have been searching for a vehicle for about 2 months. So many hours spent on Kijiji, Auto Hello. l'm retired, haven't been driving for a few years and have been searching for a vehicle for about 2 months. So many hours spent on Kijiji, Autotrader and countless hours of researching vehicle reviews in the Internet. Talked to so many car salesmen and visits to different Dealerships. Walked lots of miles, cabs and TTC. Finally my unplanned visit to Scarborough Toyota. (I was at Walmart and took a chance to cross Eglinton on foot to look at used cars in the front lot). Having saved a substantial amount of money, I went into the showroom and was introduced to Bob Mehra. What a pleasant surprise. What a nice man. I told him of my search for a good used Toyota and my max cash spending figure. Bob with his firm handshake and kind, yet professional manner pointed out the dark blue Corolla. Bob was the first car salesman to speak clearly and specifically about many, many characteristics, saftey and impressive specifications of the Corolla and its build quality. He assisted me in Driving the car around the parking lot and helped me with my nervousness and excitement. I have had older vehicles and was a little intimidated with some of the newer electronics and controls. Bob, in my eyes, graduated from being a salesman to what seemed a new friend. I then realized that it's not just the car you choose, its the right salesman's communication and assistance in the total purchase experience. Needless to say, Bob Mehra helped me with the final price, warranty, plates, etc. Wow did he make my day. I needed the help. What a great guy and good person. I love my Toyota. Sincerely.
