We needed a replacement car for a 2005 Toyota Corolla involved in a major collision. We had a good insurance settlement, but did not wish to purchase a brand new car, since this was a second car for the involved in a major collision. We were referred to Hadi, who was very low-key (much appreciated) and thorough. He made what can sometimes be a traumatic experience a very comfortable and positive one. Since our previous Toyota had been bought at this dealership and we were more than satisfied with the service facilities and personnel, we had decided this was where we wanted to purchase a replacement. We were given a good deal on the price, a chance to road-test the vehicle and an expert explanation of the main differences between this model and our previous one. All in all, a happy adventure! Benni was courteous, professional, thorough, and just magically knew which vehicle we needed to suit of family's needs. Thanks to Benni, my overwhelming anxiety about my long overdue switch from an SUV to a minivan was relieved by her sensitive, practical, informative approach. Because of Benni's thoroughness, we purchased without the need for a test drive.
