Worst experience ever . I went to the dealership after visiting a couple of other Toyota dealers , of course to see where I would get the best deal. I went to Pickering Toyot I went to the dealership after visiting a couple of other Toyota dealers , of course to see where I would get the best deal. I went to Pickering Toyota and then got a quote and went to Scarborough Toyota to see if they could beat it, Richard came to speak with us because the advisor was busy and he gave us the best price he could offer but it did not beat it, we said thanks and trying to leave but he kept nagging at us trying to ask us how we got the price , we told him everything we knew on how we were quoted that specific price , he kept asking us for more and my brother in law said that's fine and left and he called him out in the middle of the dealership loudly in front of customers and said he will help you in a aggressive and rude , embarrassing manner. This made us decide never to go to Scarborough Toyota ever again , we have two other new toyota a at home and take them to Scarborough Toyota for service but not anymore. If the manager is going to be rude , chance are the experience will never be good. This was a very insulting experience because even as we tried to leave, we were held back Being questioned . More

Great experience with a smart & friendly sales person I was thinking of buying a new car but not sure about the make or model. Went to Scarborough Toyota to learn about some models. Spoke to Jahangir Alam I was thinking of buying a new car but not sure about the make or model. Went to Scarborough Toyota to learn about some models. Spoke to Jahangir Alam and he spent almost 2 hours of his valuable time to explain some models and discussed the pricing details as well. I was impressed but left the dealer that day. Jahangir was so friendly and didn't feel bore at my questions. Next day I called Jahangir to get selling price for couple of other models and he was so prompt to send me text with prices. Later I decided to buy a car and setup another meeting. He/dealer gave me a good discount on MSRP. It took less than an hour to do all paper work as everyone was cooperative. I am pleased with Jahangir Alam as well as Scarborough Toyota. No experience with their service center yet, but hope that will be another good one once I start servicing my car. More

Collision Centre & Maintenance Service - A+ I brought my car in to the Scarborough Toyota Collision Centre and also had maintenance work done on my vehicle. As a result of an accident, I brou I brought my car in to the Scarborough Toyota Collision Centre and also had maintenance work done on my vehicle. As a result of an accident, I brought the vehicle to the Collision Centre. Donna was very pleasant, professional and attentive. I was very happy with the service I received. The car looks wonderful! After the repairs from the car accident, I also had maintenance done on the vehicle and dealt with Jeanneth. She was really good about explaining my car's needs and also checked what was under warranty. The car is running great! These two employees have made my experience easy and pleasant. First Visit to Service Dept. At Scarborough Toyota Today was my first visit to the Service Depatrment at Scarborough Toyota. Upon pulling into the centre I was immediately greeted by a service associat Today was my first visit to the Service Depatrment at Scarborough Toyota. Upon pulling into the centre I was immediately greeted by a service associate who not only directed me on where to park my vehicle, but he introduced himself, although I cannot remember his name, and he promptly located Gord. I had a scheduled appointment with the Service Manager Gord De Castro. Although I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, Gord greeted me within 5 minutes of my arrival. My vehicle is only 2 months old, so I had lots of questions re accessories. Gord was VERY patient, courteous, knowledgeable,and professional as he responded to all my questions. Gord provided an estimated time for my service completion, and as promised, my vehicle was ready on time; as a busy Mom I was very grateful for that. The free wifi and coffee turned my wait time into some "me time". Had I not met Gord at the new owners' seminar, I probably would not have returned to the dealership for service needs. Prior to the seminar, I perceived that service at dealerships was always overpriced. The seminar encouraged me to try the dealership and Gord and his team's service today confirmed I made the correct decision.
