I was actually there a couple of days before going on a 2-week vacation. He asked me to make a quick call to my insurance company, and while I was away, did all the necessary paper work with my insurance company. When there was a hiccough because RBC forgot to remove the lien on my old paid off 2009 Camry, Ivan was there every step of the way to help me get the necessary paperwork from RBC. He was actually more worried than I was. I'm now in a 2015 Camry Hybrid XLE that had only 8000 km and was able to trade in my 2009 Camry LE for good value. I appreciated Ivan's attention to the transaction every step of the way. Highly recommended dealer!! More
