Never dealt with such awful dealership as this one. There is zero professionalism, your sales reps are aggressive and come across as threatening. Both very rude, aggressive, ignorant and threatening to staff as well as customers. Our salesperson was trying to bring a deal together but because of ignorance and rudeness of few others in your dealership we had a hard time making a deal. Will definitely share my off putting experience at Peel Chrysler. I had walked in and out of your sales floor while in process of negotiating because your team was yelling at each other and banging tables. We are thick skinned and can deal with your rudeness but not sure how that is taken by others walking in there. From the moment you walk in on your lot you feel attacked and then multiple salespeople get involved in your deal. AWFUL. More

Not good to deal with he seems to be very friendly but he lies about many things, i was negotiating with the price of the vehicle and the lease payments. he started to give he seems to be very friendly but he lies about many things, i was negotiating with the price of the vehicle and the lease payments. he started to give me high lease payments and i tried to negotiate to lower it down, then he always bring somebody to pretend to be somebody else, an example is that this guy named Bruno de Rose, he said he is NOT working at the dealership. he said he is working directily for chrysler corp. and he is the one deciding the least monthly payment, i found out later that this guy is not from chrysler corp. lie lie lie he also told me that he gave me locking lug nut as a gift but i ended up paying for it later on. lie liel lie also there is a small dent on the vehicle but barely noticeable and told me he will take care of it after the deal, but he doen't return my call as soon as the deal is done.lie lie lie More
