It was a great experience doing business with Russ. I had shopped around aggressively quite a bit for over a month, so I knew exactly what I wanted and at what price. To my great surprise, I even got a better Ram 1500 at a cheaper price! You do not see that very often these days due to the nature of the competitive market with vehicle sales.
