I just picked up my 2013 Ram 1500 sport on Saturday and I love it! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was told by a colleague that Peel offers the most competitive prices for Dodge Rams that you could find anywhere so I checke offered by Peel Dodge. They offer the cheapest listed price by far on their website. The price offered to me upon visiting the sales center was cheaper than the negotiated price I received at another dealership. I was and still am thrilled with the price I got for my Ram. After purchasing the truck, I suspected the price was very competitive, so looked to see if I could find a cheaper price anywhere else to satisfy my curiosity. Nobody seemed to be able to match their prices. The staff at Peel are very straight forwards with their product and pricing discussions. I expected a lot of BS at the outset of discussions, but was surprised when I realized I was the one being a little less than forthcoming with my responses. I would recommend to anyone to; go visit the guys at Peel, speak with Russ about purchasing a vehicle, or see Bond for some valuable insight on warranties and other protection/servicing products. I am a 5 hour drive away from this dealership, but they had by far the best prices. Made the deal via e-mail, including my trade-in appraisal. I am vary wary of making such a large purchase over the phone when out of town, I was half expecting some sort of bait and switch after a long 5 hour drive, even though I had a bill of sale with an agreed on price emailed to me beforehand, which would have resulted in me walking away from the sale in a pretty bad mood, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything went very smooth, the agreed deal was presented with no catch and I was very satisfied with the whole transaction. I only gave short notice before coming in to sign the paperwork and they worked hard to get my new truck prepared on the spot so that I could drive it home immediately. They polished it up until it was sparkling and the sales person made sure I was very comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. It does say alot about a salesperson, as by association, about the dealership when the great service continues after the deal is signed and done. overall, very happy with the deal and Nazar, my sales person. I would recommend this dealership, and will be calling back in a few months for my wife's upgrade. More
