Refreshing it was indeed as Josh answered all of my questions on my wish list over the phone with an intimate sound knowledge of the Fiat 500C and their impressive inventory of options that best suited my needs with professional enthusiasm. When my partner Norman and I arrived to pick up my new Fiat on Wednesday night, Josh was as polite as he was professional. Again it was refreshing to meet such a young person who's manners and social etiquette mirrored his ease of knowledge as he shared his passion for the Fiat. Honestly, after wasting 2 days of my life at a car dealership in London & being hit on by sleazy 'Larry-the-Lounge-Lizard' types of incontinent & incompetent car salesmen only to find the car I was told I had purchased was already sold to someone else even before I signed the purchase contract and paid the required deposit. This is the first new vehicle that we have purchased in 12 years because of the nasty tactics that most dealers try and pull. We are so glad that we drove down to this dealership. We had to order our 2013 Grand Caravan from the factory because of a special feature that we required (towing). Russ was great setting everything up and Sal was awesome when it was time to take delivery. Picking up the vehicle was a simple matter of a couple signatures and we were out of there in 15 minutes.
