So we travelled 150km from Lindsay Ontario all the way to Missisauga in order to get a honest opinion and a vehicle that better suited our needs. We are so happy we took that advice. Here is our story. Early June 2013 we were talking with a friend about our experience trying to find a vehicle that better suited our needs. We had complained that we were not sure if the vehicle selection we were being advised of was going to meet our requirements. Our friend said to stop pondering and get down to Peel Chrysler and see Josh West. He buys all his vehicles from Josh and he is always happy with the deal he gets as well as getting the right advice on vehicle choice. So we took our friends advice and made the trip down to Mississsauga. Josh showed us tsome vehicles he thought met our requirements and explained why. He also went through 2 other vehicles that we mentioned as possible candidates. He gave us open and honest opinions so we would be well informed when we made our decision. We left the dealership feeling like we had all the information we needed to make a great vehicle choice. After deciding on the vehicle as usually I had lots of questions and both Sam and Josh were there to answer every last one via phone and email. They made buying a vehicle easy despite my 1001 questions. Thanks again to Peel but more importantly keep up the great work Josh and Sam. From the outset, this dealership didn't seem like much. It popped up on my radar during a long, difficult search for the best price on a new Ram 1500. My girlfriend and I traveled all the way from Oshawa to Port Credit based on a short telephone conversation and a website ad. The showroom was laughably small and consisted of 4 cars parked impossibly tightly inside of a small room cluttered with desks, chairs and dealers. The lot outside reflected that of the showroom; dozens of cars parked with Tetris-like precision in a parking lot the size of some back yards. I couldn't even find the truck I spotted online - it wasn't anywhere in the lot! I was relieved when Sal, the dealer I spoke to hours earlier on the telephone, appeared and guided my girlfriend and I to his unassuming little desk in the back corner of the showroom. He explained to us that their dealership was tiny to keep overhead costs down and that they owned a separate lot of cars off of the QEW where the truck I was interested in was. After a brief exchange of offers and counteroffers, we finally settled on a price we could all agree on. Sal's low-pressure attitude and candor when discussing the details of pricing and value was a giant relief to us; the terror of buying a new vehicle can be overwhelming. Minutes later we met with Harry, the agent responsible for securing our financing. We sat for what seemed like an eternity while Harry typed up the financing agreement. A couple weeks after that, we were driving away in our new Ram 1500. Spending money and setting yourself up for debt is rarely an enjoyable experience and this was no exception - but the reward was, in our opinion worth it. Sal did a great job putting our worries to rest and our minds at ease whilst supplying us with a beautiful new truck in which we intend to take our babies home from the hospital. I won't hesitate to refer family and friends to our good friend Sal the next time someone asks "Where'd you get your truck?". More

My name is John and I was given Sals name from a friend who had purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram Sport recently. From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a few sales people who were very friendly.. but I already had an appointment with Sal. So I meet Sal who is totally down to earth right from the start to make this experience the best I have ever had considering I have owned two brand new trucks prior to going to Peel Chrysler and my experience with the other dealers was not even a good experience, there was way too much pressure with things they wanted not what I wanted. Sal gave me what I wanted and made sure my expectations were made. So we crunched numbers on a 2013 Dodge Ram Sport, fully loaded, with absolutely no pressure from Sal. After we reached a deal with the truck, it went to the credit department and I dealt with a guy named Sofiane, he went over and above my expectations and went out of his way to make this deal pleasurable with my new vehicle.
