My name is John and I was given Sals name from a friend who had purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram Sport recently. His experience was one of his best, so for myself I was already driving a 2010 F150, but I loved who had purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram Sport recently. From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a few sales people who were very friendly.. but I already had an appointment with Sal. So I meet Sal who is totally down to earth right from the start to make this experience the best I have ever had considering I have owned two brand new trucks prior to going to Peel Chrysler and my experience with the other dealers was not even a good experience, there was way too much pressure with things they wanted not what I wanted. Sal gave me what I wanted and made sure my expectations were made. So we crunched numbers on a 2013 Dodge Ram Sport, fully loaded, with absolutely no pressure from Sal. After we reached a deal with the truck, it went to the credit department and I dealt with a guy named Sofiane, he went over and above my expectations and went out of his way to make this deal pleasurable with my new vehicle. i have to say i had a great experience at peel. i dealt with Jamie Philpott who is a xxxx of a guy. Jamie made the whole deal very easy as i was a bit stressed because my old truck died and i was in need of a new one. I do have to say I got the truck I was looking for it meets my every need and is a real looker where ever I go. It was used but new to me and from what i was told the guy that traded it told them it needed nothing. well it needed tires which they went out of their way to get me the oversized ones that I wanted on it, they had to do some work as the right side lights on the truck were a bit of an issue but what really made me happy was they completely replaced the rear brakes pads rotors amd calipers even though they probably could have passed the cert. Not many places will do that and it made all the difference to me as it showed they cared. I have to say go see Jamie at peel you will not be disappointed and I recomend him to all my friends who are looking for a car. I got a great deal and im completely satisfied with my truck!
