On Nov 30, a Saturday afternoon, we appeared very late in the afternoon at the Peel dealership without any appointment. It was near closing and I thought we would have to come back on Monday to finish with the financing but to our amazement Bond agreed to stay and finish it for us. Both these men were instrumental in helping us through the process. (We didn't even test drive the 2014 model or take any test drive at all) You see Jeep says it all for us -- and the enthusiasm of both of these gentlemen-- well it told us we were in good hands! Many months later RAM is still running great even though it is put through the worst conditions daily. OEM parts and mechanics are really the way to go, will be going back to that location for anything I need, including possibly a new RAM one day soon. More
