Russ assured me that the car was in fact pristine as stated and in the condition published. You get a feeling whether or not you can trust someone from talking with them. Russ showed that I could have confidence buying the vehicle as advertised and if my daughter was not happy when picking up the vehicle she could decline the purchase and Russ would return the deposit given to hold the car in full.
