I booked an appointment online, and Uzi called me within the hour to follow up with me and address any questions I had. Uzi and I sat down and made sure the finances would work out. I test drove the 2015 in the city and loved it instantly. Uzi even managed to find a car in stock with a few extras add-ons I never considered, and I'm glad he did. When on my way to our second appointment to test drive on the highway, Uzi called in advance to let me know he was going to be late, and even bought me a coffee for the trouble. What a guy! The day I picked up the vehicle there was some frustration with the handling of the paper-work. I had to provide the same information several times to three different people, and faxes sent to the dealership were lost. The paper-work was done last minute which unfortunately kept me waiting around in the dealership. I'm not sure why it wasn't done in advance before my arrival. Overall my experience was positive and I got the exact car I wanted. I've always wanted to own a Chrysler and Uzi helped make that dream come true. Thanks Uzi! More

When I got there the price we agreed upon was actually $500 cheaper because he found an added discount. Talk about exceptional service I have a very busy work schedule and was having a car starter installed and couldn't get down there Domenic met me at my home picked up my vehicle got the work done and dropped the vehicle off the next day starter installed no charge!!! Don't bother shopping go to peel. More

Customer Service, Customer Service I could write long list of the issue that I was dealing with them, but will say 2 issues is nightmare. Oil change- the tech forget to close a cup or filter and lost oil and car needs to be tow back to the Peel. I did visit them 2 times before they tow a car and they said they need to reset a sensor, when oil was leaking like crazy. It's not a rocket science to change oil, but I guess for their tech it’s. My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee has water problem. When you drive you can hear water splashing on the right side. I did open 2 tickets with Chrysler Canada and Peel had the car 5 times to fix it and they can’t. Each time is different BS story why is leaking. Top on that last time I was told that pro will show up to fix an issue as well engineer from Chrysler to see what’s going on. (Chrysler Canada had the same story in their files) When I show up there again last week (is leaking again) the different tech said that he can’t find any info about company that fix a leaking issue. There wasn't any invoice from company to the PEEL that is dealing with this kind of issue. I asked the person how come I was told that the issue will be fix by specific company, Chrysler Canada has the same info in their file and you are telling me that’s not true. Also I call Dealer Principal to complain and never had call back. I did that from cell once at the PEEL and I saw him waking up and down drinking coffee and was told that he is busy please leave VM This people keep BS to you all the time. Don’t buy from them. Also once you buy and submit your opinion on DealerRated.ca and aren't good the person will call and asked you to change so they got good rating. More
