Outstandingly Modern Salesmanship I was toying with the idea of tossing my Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V and looking for a downsized car; Fiat 500 or Fiesta ST. After driving a Fiat 500 Abarth I knew that I wanted one but I knew my financial limits as well. The Studios in Ottawa are hilariously old school and don't even try to compete with the level of service that you can get from what is available in Toronto and in this case Peel. Dominic was completely and truthfully embracing my preferred communication channel (e-mail during the day, phone in the evening) and gave me a fair shake on the deal that we struck. Nothing was left on the table and the car was ordered from the factory exactly how I wanted it. Pick-up was tough because I had a narrow window available to pick the car up (being from Ottawa and needing to drive back almost right away), and again, Dominic rose to the occassion. The studio has fresh Italian coffee so take your time and pick one of the cars on display to sit inside and relax. Kudos to the posted pictures framed on the walls, displaying the rich history that the FIAT/Abarth brands bring to Canada. More
