They were patient with me and kept me up to date on the status of my new vehicle. On pickup day things went fast and smooth. This Dealership gives you the WOW factor After visiting other dealerships and being less than satisfied , we decided to check the internet, having decided to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan. We also contacted friends who recently bought one and said to contact Peel Chrysler. My first email to the dealership was returned within minutes by Noor, who answer all our initial questions. Later that evening we had other questions and sent another email, after store hours not expecting an answer til morning, once again we received an answer from Noor within minutes. It was about about 10:00 pm. The next morning we also received a call from Bruno and at this point felt WOW, this dealership is different and really wants to go the extra mile. Later that day we secured a deal for a new van that was very satisfying. Noor followed up with several phone calls to ensure everything was on track, 3 days later we took delivery of our new van. This was our first vehicle purchase over the internet and I would definitly purchase this way again, with Noor who walked us through the process . Excellent service I was flip flopping for a week or so on buying a car when I came across the AbarthGQ at Peel. My first contact was with Russ. I found Russ to be friendly and funny.....explaining the differences between an Abarth and a GQ. I called back a day later and this time go Josh on the phone. There was no pressure, no "well you better hurry cuz someone else is looking" kind of crap. Just straight up talk and information. After several calls I decided to make the deal and take the 3 hour drive to see my new car. Aside from some cleanliness issues with the car and a problem with Blue & Me the car was perfect. When I brought the cleanliness issues up, josh was on it in a second. They attempted to fix the Blue&ME issue but did not have the part required. Josh gave me a few options to get the repair done include paying for my gas to return to their shop but in the end I decided to just go to London Chrysler only an hour from home. All in all, good experience and Josh was friendly, patient and attentive. thanks guys....LOVE THE CAR!!! More
