I dealt with Russ, first over email and then in person, while purchasing my new Jeep Cherokee. It was a simple and effective process. The vehicle configuration I wanted, needed to be ordered from the factory and Russ provided a very fair price and a seamless buying process. More importantly he was always helpful, quick to respond (including late at night :))and followed up regularly, during the wait of several months. I can honestly say that this was probably the least stressful buying experience I ever had (and I purchased 15 different new vehicles in the past, including luxury German brands). The actual delivery process (once the vehicle was manufactured) was quick and as scheduled, and I have been very pleased with it. Even though Peel is slightly off the beaten path for me, and there are 4 Jeep dealerships closer to where I live and work, because of my positive buying experience I decided to take my service business there as well. Dealing with Sean was a pleasure; he quickly scheduled and took care of all the work (both regular service work and some extra items I wanted done). This Dealership gives you the WOW factor After visiting other dealerships and being less than satisfied , we decided to check the internet, having decided to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan. We also contacted friends who recently bought one and said to contact Peel Chrysler. My first email to the dealership was returned within minutes by Noor, who answer all our initial questions. Later that evening we had other questions and sent another email, after store hours not expecting an answer til morning, once again we received an answer from Noor within minutes. It was about about 10:00 pm. The next morning we also received a call from Bruno and at this point felt WOW, this dealership is different and really wants to go the extra mile. Later that day we secured a deal for a new van that was very satisfying. Noor followed up with several phone calls to ensure everything was on track, 3 days later we took delivery of our new van. This was our first vehicle purchase over the internet and I would definitly purchase this way again, with Noor who walked us through the process .
