I almost got roped into a variable rate starting at 0%, but increasing after the 1st year. Don't take the rate "buy down" unless you are comfortable with rates up to 10% after the 1st year. Also, they tried to gloss over a $699 "admin fee". Website CLEARLY states prices are plus tax ONLY, but there was the charge on my bill of sale. In the grand scheme of things, it was a small price to pay considering the deal I got on my truck, just wish they would have been up front about it so the numbers would add up on my end. All-in-all a good experience, and I have referred some friends to them already. As long as you pay attention, and know your prices/rates/finance terms you'll get a great deal!! More

2014 RAM 1500 Service I recently had my son's 2014 RAM 1500 serviced at Peel. I brought it in due to a rust stain on the driver door. Sean Hill is who I started to deal wit I recently had my son's 2014 RAM 1500 serviced at Peel. I brought it in due to a rust stain on the driver door. Sean Hill is who I started to deal within the service department. Sean quickly found that the rubber door seal had some exposed metal where the water drains out (used to seat it on its mount around the inside of the door). This is what was causing the stain. Sean grabbed a cloth and wiped the stain away for me and then ordered a replacement seal. When the seal arrived, Sean took care of all of my concerns and went well above the norm when he personally applied touch up paint to a couple of areas that needed attention. While the truck was in for service, Sean made sure that an update to the radio was also applied (I did not have to book another service appointment). It is clear that Sean is very detailed, delivering a superior customer first experience and is pleasant to deal with. He is also a RAM owner. As a result of the fine service from Sean and from Russ Davidov, I purchased a 2015 RAM 1500 for myself. Even though I live in Burlington, I will be bringing my truck to Peel for service work. They are a far superior group of people to work with. More
