My experience buying my 2013 Fiat was great, and my experience with the service dept since then has exponentially surpassed that.. Well worth the drive from Newmarket for regular service! And for 2 extraordinary repairs, Sean made many (many) long calls to Fiat Canada and successfully managed to negotiate full coverage for both (extremely costly) repairs at a point when my car was once just over , and then a little more substantially over, the extended warranty period :)Will definitely buy another Fiat, and would not ever consider buying or servicing it anywhere else! Leah, Sean, and Moe did everything to take care of my issues and were very friendly and helpful during this entire service. Leah went out of her way to make sure my bearing problems were taken care of, even on her time off. A customer doesn't mind paying for service required but I am always afraid of being taken advantage of. This dealership has been most honest and fair with all my service needs and I intend on dealing with them for all my vehicle needs in the future.
