He said he had a vehicle that fit my criteria, so I went into the dealership, looked the vehicle and simply bought it, as it was a Crew with even more features and for the same money we discussed over the phone. At the end of May 2016, I called up Gagan and bought a second Dodge Crew in the same way - just went in to sign the paperwork, put down a deposit and picked up the van a few days later. Both deals literally took only minutes rather than hours to complete. We're very happy with the process and the vehicles! More
