Someone heard me grumbling about what I was going through shopping for a vehicle and told me to go to Russ at Peel Chrysler. I live downtown but it was completely worth going a little further away. From when I first spoke to Russ until our deal was done it felt easy and real. I worked hard at other dealerships to negotiate but with Russ it was no nonsense; he was clearly giving me the best deal without my having to push.
