I contacted Cathy with a view of acquiring a Ford F150 that was on a used auto web page, at Peel Chrysler. Despite limited knowledge of Fords Cathy worked with me to ensure it was the right truck. As a last check Cathy advised me to call a Ford dealership and verify the specs using the VIN. That advise revealed errors in the web description which made the truck unsuitable. However, Cathy didn't quit. She asked me a series of questions and in a short period of time presented two options that she knew met my criteria. We now own our first truck, a 2019 Dodge Ram - Rebel. That extra effort by Cathy will allow my wife and I to tow our camper trailer coast to coast in comfort and without a worry. The additional support from Brandon to ensure the little loose ends were taken care of speaks volumes about Peel Chrysler's customer service. More
