While any other dealer would try to convince me to spend the extra money (for features I didn't need!!!!), Oscar provided me with a SOLUTION, and not a PRODUCT. Horrible Customer service even rude. I work 6 days a week. I try to get as much information on a vehicle via email before I take the day off of work and come into the dealership. Ehsan Payman wants no part of it and keeps trying to push me to come down to the dealership. I'm in talks with other dealerships and I need to figure out which is the best one for me to go see. I don't want to waste my time going dealer-to-dealer to find out who's going to work with me. Hence why I asked a lot of questions via emails before I walk into a dealership.
