I sat in Dave's office and described to both gentlemen what my needs were. They made 2 suggestions ;the Compass and Journey. We discussed base pricing and certain options. I then decided to take both vehicles out for a test drive, and it was at that point that I decided against the Compass. We reconvened in Dave's office and discussed pricing and options. I felt that they answered my questions honestly and sincerely. I then decided on a model and 2 options and the negotiations began. I felt that the pricing was fair and the service was professional and so with this I made my decision to purchase the car. Joe Pirri walked me through the many features of the Journey and suggested that I call if I have any further questions. More

we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we called 2 days prior to find out all the details as often what is no the flyer or info sheet i we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we called 2 days prior to find out all the details as often what is no the flyer or info sheet is different when you get there...hidden agenda's etc.....we were surprised to find that what the flyer said was actually fact so we attend on the 13 th with a scheduled 9 am appointment we were greeted promptly and not kept waiting ( which as a business person is important to me/us ) we were shown the vehicles we had gone to see including other models and options as well as all of our color choices. we were given detailed clear information as to the promotion and the discounts avaialbe to us .as well as all of the financing details and add on options...all of our request and questions were answered clearly and honestly ....( which is unusual in the automotive industry) we felt at ease with the 2 gentlemen we were dealing with and confident enough to not only purchase a vehicle but refer 6 other people 4 of which actually purchased when we went to pick up our vehicle it was in the showroom for our inspection and ready for us we would not hesitate to refer any of our over 10,000 clients to either of these gentlemen for sales and service more importantly we will be purchasing another vehicle for this dealership again More

Ride quality and steering have been vastly improved, to the point that the Grand Cherokee can have the soft-touch sophistication of a crossover. At the same time its four-wheel-drive systems hit the sweet spot of usability for casual off-roaders, but on-road drivers get even more attention. This might be the first Grand Cherokee that feels better on pavement than off, though the most advanced versions can still clamber over boulders and logs like they're about to be made into fur coats". -- More
