Upon entering the dealership parking lot and upon exiting my own vehicle I was immediately approached by a very friendly salesperson. Throughout the entire process he was very pleasant, knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Eventually, after some negotation, I was introduced to the assistant manager (Joe) who provided further information about the vehicle and other aspects of the purchase. This was all very helpful in determining the outcome of our decision. After purchasing the vehicle the salesman gave me a tour of the facilities.
