When I was helped by salesman Joe Perri at Ontario Chrysler, I was incredibly well informed about every aspect of the vehicle and the overall new car purchasing process. It was my first brand new car, and Joe had helped me find the perfect model to suit my needs. He worked incredibly hard to find me what I needed to match my own driving needs, and made me feel entirely comfortable during the process. There was absolutely zero pressure to purchase right away, which is a terrible thing to experience at other dealerships. The price of the vehicle was fantastic, as well as the financing options. My car was ready for me really quick, and in perfect ready-to-drive/clean condition. Joe had run through the entire touch-screen computer system with me to make sure I understood everything about the car, inside and out, before I drove off with it. When I came across this dealership, I was ready to sell my car and move to a different manufacturer as I was convinced Dodge/Chrysler dealerships were completely incapable of fixing the vehicles they sell. The service advisor Anthony Italiano is reason enough to use this business to service your vehicle. The only thing missing that would make this a perfect experience is lower dealership pricing on parts and labour. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and it remains my business of choice to service my sedan. More
