Terrible sales service We bought a truck at month end and they were very eager to make there numbers. Regardless we scheduled a service visit back and you know it nothing was ready, no loaner car, parts not here and the person who arranged everything was off. LOL what terrible service and planning. A good lesson learned only deal with dealers with great ratings. More

In addition, we shared a lovely conversation in the lunch room with President and owner of Ontario Chrysler Dodge, Bourk Boyd. Nice to see the boss enjoying a humble lunch in such a relaxed atmosphere. Like Mr. Walker, Mr Boyd made us feel confident that we were dealing with decent, "regular guys." Issues always dealt with in a timely manner I've been coming to this dealership for just under 8 years. Constantine has gone above and beyond for me every time. After having been left and forgotten by staff in the service area for 3.5 hours for an oil change. Constantine promised I would never be "forgotten" again. Great experience! I was looking for a very difficult car to get this year: a 2015 Charger SRT 392. Due to factory constrains, this car is being produced in very few qua I was looking for a very difficult car to get this year: a 2015 Charger SRT 392. Due to factory constrains, this car is being produced in very few quantities and the order banks are closed. Things will only get normal for the 2016 model that will start in September for delivery late this year... Peter Shafek tried through several ways to find me a car, but everytime he had good news for me, a few minutes later he found out the car was sold... Until the last minute when I was about to leave the dealer frustrated, he and the management team tried everything to find me a car and were able to identify an order placed by them that was still under manufacturing! Best of all, I could still change the color to anyone I wanted! And the price offered was very reasonable! A couple of weeks later, I received the car and fulfilled my dream! I consider this a great level of professionalism from Peter and the management team that tried everything possible to attend a customer and make him happy. This is not the type of commitment you see much around... If you look for something in particular, a specific model or a specific color and optional and you are having problems to find out a car that fits what you are looking for, don't waste your time in several dealers... Just go ahead and ask for Peter. I guess if he does not find what you are looking for, no one will! Thanks for all Peter and the management team! More
