I was quoted a fairly good price, and was able to have my car looked at without an appointment which was really nice seeing as I wanted to be back on the road asap. On the first day of visit, Mickey Hena of the Sales Dept went through the details and helped me find the vehicle in the lot, explained the features of the new vehicle and took me to a test-drive. The paper work was efficiently filled. Usman Akbar of the Finance Dept helped me a lot as well. Insurance was worked out over the phone and the new vehicle was ready for me to drive away in my second visit in another morning. Mickey let me parked my old vehicle in the lot such that my relative could drive it home late in the evening after work. More

My dad has delt with Ontario Chrysler for the longest time buying mul My family recently acquired a new 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel from Ontario Chrysler. My dad has delt with Ontario Chrysler for the longest time buying multiple vehicles from there and they all have one thing in common. Gord Pich. Gord has known my family for a long while now and has treated my brother and myself like his own kids. When we used to go to the dealership Gord would always make sure we left with a free gift ( Hat, jacket). Now that I am older and would be looking for own vehicles for the future my salesman is still Gord Pich. I first confronted Gord about a new addition to the family specifically a truck I asked for quotes. So Gord and I walked out in the lot and went over all models and prices for about three hours. This was perfect because even though Gord had other paperwork to accomplish, he spent the whole three hours by my side to answer any questions I had. I then later discussed models and prices with my family and we debated which would be best. This took about 3 weeks. Even thought it was three weeks to decide Gord was patient and gave us our space to choose which model we felt comfortable having instead of pressuring us into something we wouldn't like as much. When we figured out which one we wanted Gord was easy going and helpful when it came to the paperwork portion of it. Gord is a great salesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He is very easy going, polite , fun to be around and very knowledgeable. More
