Gord was able to set up everything over the phone/through email and he just made the whole sales process so much easier and so much less stressful than we thought it would be. He was really friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed before we left, and answering any questions we had as well. He spent about 10 minutes with us before we left going through the basics of the car (where the windshield wipers were, emergency break, how the radio worked etc) which we really appreciated, especially since not 5 minutes later into driving it started pouring down rain! I'm happy to say that I was very pleased with this establishment and their representatives. First off we dealt with Richard and he was very polite, very sincere, and offered us a lot of options that I have never had offered to me before. He was a pleasure to work with and I walked away feeling like I got a very good deal. They let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic whom i trust, and dealt with all my issues with respect. I bought 2010 Nissan Frontier here and it runs great. They even threw in winter tires and a bed cover without having to bargain. This is a legitemate dealership, the staff are friendly and dont pressure or sell, the vehicles are good quality. I would use this dealership again. p.s. if you go in ask for Richard. Very nice man. My salesman Makaryous Mickey Hena and his sales manager Robih Hamed made me feel very comfortable with my purchase of 2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn Ecodiesel. They were very pleasant to talk with and also worked out a great deal for me that I didn't have to second guess my decision in making my purchase. I guess that it also made a difference because I was at a lot of other dealerships but never felt as comfortable as I did when I walked into Ontario Chrysler and meet with Makaryous Mickey Hena and his sales manager Robih Hamed. I also had a great experience dealing with the finance manager Tinu Katyal who also made me feel very comfortable, he didn't try to sell me anything that he didn't feel that I would need he only advised me of what he thought was important for me to have and let me make the final decision.
